Mr. Sham H. Sachinwala

Serving the institute since its inception, he is a personality known for his academic, administrative and industrial expertise. He has 23 years rich industrial experience in the field of Production & Operations Management with the prestigious God rej Agrovet Ltd.

He has worked as a lead implementer. trainer and management representative for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. He was also instrumental in implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in industry. He was involved in mapping and implementation of ERP MfgfPro and worked as Database Administrator for the same. He has been involved in project planning, scheduling and execution for several projects.

Prior to joining SSAIMT, he has served the reputed management institute at Silvassa. His area of academic interest and expertise are Quantitative Analysis, Production & Operations Management, Managerial Communication and Corporate Finance.

With over 5 years of academic experience in reputed management institutes, he is the senior most faculty member in the MBA Programme of SSAIMT. With his varied and vast corporate experience, he is actively contributing to the professional grooming of the students. For keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the field, he has been actively participating in training programmes at various forums of repute. He is also proficient in Robotics and has made innovative Robots on his own. Presently, he is pursuing his Doctoral Research in the area of “Mathematical Modeling” from the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Mayur M. Solanki

Asst. Professor in Marketing BE (Textile), MBA (Marketing) 2 Years Industrial & 4 Years of Academic Experience

In his professional career, he has worked with HCL as a Marketing Executive for 1 year. Along with this, he had successful tenure with India lnfoline Ltd. as a Sales Executive for 1 year. He joined this institute with 1.5 years academic experience in a reputed BBA institute of South Gujarat region. At present, he has over 4 years teaching experience. Being a keen researcher, he has also presented one research paper entitled “Innovation through Collaboration” at the National Level Conference in May 2010. His teaching interests are Research Methodology, Production & Operations Management etc.

Mr. Vishvesh S Patel

He is an enthusiastic academician with good academic track record. After having a professional tenure of 13 months with a reputed company in marketing/advertising domain, he joined SSAIMT in 2010. At present, he has 3 years teaching experience in MBA at SSAIMT. His teaching interests include Advertising & Sales Promotion, Brand Management, Marketing Management, etc. He is known for his creativity in teaching. Presently, he is actively engaged in developing a comprehensive web resource for measuring advertisement effectiveness and brand image.

He has successfully worked with a leading Insurance Broker Company for 6 months. In his professional tenure, he worked in the domain of recruitment & training of the New Business Developers. He joined this institute in July,2010, he has 2.5 years teaching experience in MBA at SSAIMT. His academic interests include Marketing Management, International Marketing, Marketing of Services, Brand Management, ASPM, Strategic Management etc.

Mr. Kaushal Desai

He is a fervent academician with a virtuous academic track record. He has secured 2 rank in the BBA in the Sardar Patel University in Anand. He has also secured the distinction in his MBA Programme. At present he has six months of experience in MBA. His teaching includes Legal Aspect of business, and HR subjects like organizational development, compensation management, managing industrial and labor legislations etc.
