1. The institute follows the Placement Policy of “ONE + ONE JOB TO A STUDENT AT THE FIRST INSTANCES. However, there is no restriction on appearing in the campus interviews until the first job is secured. A student will be considered to have secured a job only when the T&P cell will receive an offer letter/appointment letter for the student.
2. During the campus visit of any organization, the student may withdraw his/her candidature immediately after the Pre Placement Talk by the Recruitment Team, by filling up the Application Withdrawal Slip.
3. The organizations are required to inform us well in advance regarding their selection parameters, and the special arrangements (if any) required during the campus visit.
4. The First Short List/ Selection List must reach to the T&P cell within 10 days from the date of Placement Interview
5. The students will submit the acceptance of the offer letter in the prescribed format with all the necessary documents (if any) to the Training. & Placement Head within the prescribed time limit. The same will be sent to the organization within reasonable time limit.
6. A student securing a job through campus placement will have to give surety to serve in the same organization at least for 6 months; by way of signing appropriate bond/agreement with the concerned organization (if required).
7. Student violating any of the aforesaid norms or indulging in any act of indiscipline/ mis-behavior will be immediately debarred from availing placement opportunity and the matter will be reported to the higher authorities for further action.
